Pamphlet submission period is closed (4/26/15).
Please read the following guidelines carefully (submissions that don't adhere to the guidelines will not be considered):
Submit up to 8 pages of work. Experimental, mixed-genre, text/image-based work is encouraged though not at all required. Work over 8 pages will not be considered.
Email submissions with the subject heading "Pamphlet Submission" as a .doc or .rtf AND as a PDF to: email@example.com
Include a short bio (no more than 2-3 sentences) in the body of your email.
Important information to consider before submitting:
Individuals who have submitted should not expect confirmation of their submission or notification if their work was not selected. Please follow one of Flying Object's many social media accounts or e-newsletter to find out what was chosen.
The pamphlet will be produced in a single day, in a limited-edition printed at Flying Object, using letterpress and a risograph, with 20 copies going to author/s.
****Interior/cover design is under the sole discretion of Flying Object. Please do not submit if you expect to have input on design—or put another way...only submit if you like the design of our previous publications. If selected you will, of course, have a chance to look at the interior pages for errors, omissions, etc., before it goes to print!
