Larry Slezak is a native New Yorker, now living and working in Cummington, MA. He studied relief printmaking at Buffalo State with Frank Eckmair, painting and ceramics in Italy, and went on to received his MFA degree in printmaking from UMass Amherst. While at UMass, Slezak worked closely with Fred Becker and continued to experiment with relief printing techniques. Slezak’s work is in numerous public and private collections. He has exhibited nationally and internationally over the last 40 years.
